About this house rental
New spa. Enjoy views from the trees. Ranch style house with a back porch that overlooks the trees and trails. Quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Open spaces easy access to trails and a quick walk to lakes and waterfalls. Great access to the Lago Vista trail that is literally in the backyard. Bike storage under the house. Lake Avalon is right around the corner.

4 of us stayed and had a great time. This house is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. It was the perfect size for four adults. There was plenty of room for us to have privacy when needed. We were able hike during the mornings and go into the NWA different towns for fun in the evenings. The host was helpful and very responsive! If given the chance, I will definitely stay here again!

With trail access behind the house you can bike or hike for hours without driving anywhere. Also, Lake Avalon is just around the corner if you bring/rent paddle boards or kayaks. The deck and hot tub are great places to relax. We had plenty of room for two adults and three teenagers to sleep and hangout. Overall a great experience.
