GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire home, yard & dock!
• The home sits on a large lot and has a grass covered front & backyard area with lots of shade trees making it perfect for yard games, tailgating & hanging at the lake.
• Large circle drive with enough parking for about 6 vehicles if needed.
• Please don't park in the grass.
• Secure bike storage available if needed. Reach out to us and we'll get you the shed lock code.
• Boat/Boat Trailer parking is allowed as long as it remains on the driveway.
* As a guest, you are allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities (a list of amenities and prices can be found at bellavistapoa/com/fee-rates-schedule/) if you request guest passes from us after your booking is confirmed, at least 3 business days before your arrival. Full instructions will be provided after booking.
★ IMPORTANT: These amenities are not guaranteed by us as part of your rental agreement. Our only involvement is to request the passes so you can arrange and pay for the activities you wish to enjoy. The amenities are not free but you are provided access to them for a cost per activity as a guest. We provide your contact info to the POA, and they manage it from there and will send the passes.

• We are 2.3 miles from the Highlands Golf Course & Pub
• We are 3.9 miles from the Branchwood Recreational Center
• We are 5.4 miles from the Lakepoint Marina & Restaurant (closer via water than land)
• We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom (two rolls of Toilet Tissue per bathroom), and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility. Feel free to bring anything you feel you may need during your stay.

• All 3 bedrooms have lake views
• Queen sleeper sofa in downstairs game room
• Corn Hole & Croquet available to you

Everything was great, it is at a quiet end of the Loch, no wake allowed. Access to the kayaks and multiple outside areas to enjoy during all parts of the day. The kitchen was fully equipped, there is even coffee and kcups ready to be used. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone.

Great place & set up for a family with two teenagers and a one year old. It’s tough to find a place for our age ranges but this place worked great! We appreciated that the pack n play, high chair, and kayaks were all provided which was nice not to have to haul all our gear. Excellent location for mountain biking trails and razorback greenway for paved trail biking. My teens liked the guest pass option for being able to continue working out on vacation at the fitness center & we also were able to play some pickleball at the fitness center. The host was very communicative on details of the property and very responsive when we needed to reach out during the stay. We would definitely stay here again. Would be a great place for multi-gen family trip or a girls/guys weekend.

Loved the location, the dock, the layout, all the cookware options/gas stove, firepit, dock, hot tub and the indoor fireplace. Oh and all the games/toys for our little one was the icing on the cake. The perfect getaway for our family. Thank you.
