The Space:
This 3,200 square foot home is spread over two levels and made for gathering.
Main level: A bright great room with vaulted wood-beam ceilings and a decorative fireplace opens to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with island seating, quartz counters, and a second prep sink. Step out to the wrap-around deck for grilling and dining with a view.
Lower level: A walk-out lower level adds a second living area with a comfortable sectional, a wet bar with a sink, a game area with a poker table and board games, and a study with built-in shelving and lake views. From here you walk straight out to the water and the dock.
Sleeping: Sleeping is spread across four bedrooms: two king bedrooms upstairs on the main floor, a queen bedroom and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds plus two pull-out trundles on the basement level, comfortably sleeping up to twelve. Three full bathrooms, several with walk-in glass showers, keep a full house moving.

The Neighborhood:
Lake Windsor is the second largest of Bella Vista's seven lakes, a 220 acre lake open to fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, skiing, and boating. Anglers can fish for largemouth bass, crappie, catfish, and bluegill right off the dock, and calm mornings are perfect for a paddle through the coves.
Bella Vista is a haven for the outdoors. The area is known for its seven golf courses, the 40-plus mile paved Greenway, and the celebrated Back 40 and Little Sugar mountain biking trails. The Tanyard Creek Nature Trail, with its scenic waterfall, is a short drive away.
You are about 15 minutes from downtown Bentonville, home to the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the Walmart Museum, and a lively square full of restaurants and shops. Rogers and its lakeside beaches are close by, and Fayetteville and the University of Arkansas are about 45 minutes south.

This is a natural lake with open water and no lifeguard. Please supervise children and non-swimmers at all times near the dock and shoreline. Life jackets are strongly recommended for anyone on or near the water.
The property is on a septic system, so please flush only toilet paper. Heating is provided by a propane furnace. The fireplaces are decorative only and are not available for guest use.
This is a peaceful residential lake community. We ask that guests respect the neighbors and keep noise down in the evenings.
