About this villa rental
We are renting out our home for the month of July while we travel as a family.
>> Spacious, detached villa of 170 m², bright and peaceful, located in Aix-en-Provence.
>> 4,000 m² tree-filled garden with a private swimming pool.
>> Equipped terrace: barbecue, hi-fi system, outdoor dining table and lounge area for meals in the open air.

>> Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, two refrigerators, and various appliances for all your culinary desires.
>> Utility room with washing machine and dryer.
>> Living and dining room opening onto the terrace and garden, with hi-fi system and board games.
>> TV room with sofa, flat-screen TV and DVD player.
>> 4 double bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom.
>> 2 bathrooms with showers and 3 toilets, including one separate WC.
>> The house is not equipped with air conditioning but remains cool thanks to its thick walls and ideal orientation.
>>Private parking on site.

>> 5 minutes by car and 30 minutes on foot from the city centre of Aix-en-Provence, lively all year round.
>> 25 minutes from Marseille and around 30 to 40 minutes from beaches and the famous Calanques.
>> 20 minutes from Montagne Sainte-Victoire, perfect for hiking.
>> Close to many cultural and natural attractions, such as the Carrières de Lumières in Les Baux-de-Provence and other must-see sites.
Rental conditions:
>> Weekly rentals only, from Saturday to Saturday. A sliding scale rate can be offered for multiple-week stays.
>> Fixed cleaning fee: €200.
>> Bed linen included in the rental.
>> We leave a few personal belongings in the house and kindly ask guests to treat it as their own.
