This new house with its 10 x 4 m outdoor swimming pool and its garden on 2,500 m2 is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Aix-en-Provence in the countryside and this, only 10 km from the city center of Aix en Provence.
A true haven of peace in the heart of Provence, between sea and mountains, culture and greed, this villa is ideal and will seduce you with its calm, tranquility and living environment.
Indeed, for nature lovers and more particularly for walks or bike rides, these can be done in the Trévaresse massif directly from the house.
In addition, it is also an ideal resting place for lovers of the Aix en Provence Lyric Art Festival, the international piano festival of La Roque d'Antheron just 20 minutes from the house.

The property was exceptional.Very quiet. It looked just like the photo.The air con was only required partially on 3 nites - despite it being 35C on most days.Loads of crockery and cutlery - there were only 2 of us.But there were some quirky bits.For example the windows were not cleaned; the grass was only cut on the last day - we were there for 3 weeks; the pool could have been warmer - it is supposed to be heated; there were no clean sheets or towels in the property though they were subsequently provided; no TV in the bedroom - though it was clearly stated on VRBO;
