Our charming Provençal bastide located in Puyricard, in a quiet and pleasant residential area. Fully air-conditioned, the house offers vast spaces.
On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped open kitchen that opens onto a spacious living and dining area, perfect for sharing convivial moments.
The master suite, overlooking the pool, has a dressing room and a private bathroom with shower.
A leisure area equipped with a bar, treadmill, billiards, table football and a dart board.
A practical laundry room with washing machine is also at your disposal, as well as a separate toilet.
Upstairs, three comfortable double bedrooms await you, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Additional space can be used as a games room or as a bedroom thanks to a sofa bed.
Outside, you will enjoy a fully independent garden with a large sun terrace, as well as a covered terrace equipped with a pizza oven, plancha and barbecue, perfect for your outdoor dining.
