About this house rental
Villa of 180 m2 of standing with big swimming pool in a calm environment.
The house is composed of 4 bedrooms upstairs (3 double beds, 1 double bunk bed + extra mattress) and a large bathroom + WC.
The ground floor offers a master suite with dressing room, bathroom and toilet, living room dining room, with open kitchen (redone in 2019), and separate toilet.
The scullery with fridge and freezer is also a laundry, and separates the living rooms of a large quiet office, and a mezzanine with double bed.
The house is ideal for family holidays (many board games and children's books) or with friends (bbq, plancha, petanque, darts, football / hand cage).
Outside you can choose to eat under our olive tree or in the summer kitchen, or relax on the deck chairs by the pool or in the shade of our pool lounge.
Our landscaped garden of 4000 m2 offers many spaces for play or rest. You can enjoy our vegetable garden (tomatoes, zucchini, salads, strawberries, raspberries ...) and even eggs from our 3 hens.
The village of Saint Cannat is 800m within walking distance and has many shops (bakeries, butchers, scoop, super U, tasting cellar, restaurants) and amenities (doctors, pharmacies, post office, football and tennis courts, municipal swimming pool ).
Walks or hill sports are 1.5 km from the house.
Aix en Provence is 17 km away and served by the city bus (every 15 minutes).
The Barben Zoo is only 5 km away.
The Luberon and its typical villages is 15-20 km (Lourmarin, Rognes, Cucuron, Ansouis, Bonnieux ...), Marseille and the coves to 50 km, and finally the beaches of Carro to 40 km.
It is an ideal vacation spot to discover Provence!
