The house far exceeded our expectations from the photos. Tastefully decorated and comfortable with excellent modern facilities and a super swimming pool. Various sitting areas were a delight. Nearby are small villages and towns with good restaurants and places. The owners are perfect hosts, giving us really helpful advice about how to get the best from area. Will be back Thank you :-)

Tout d’abord un accueil extrêmement chaleureux, des hôtes à l’écoute et disponibles. Une maison bien agencée, avec tout le confort nécessaire, une cuisine parfaitement équipée pour une famille, nous étions 7 personnes. Terrasse et piscine agréables, mobilier d’extérieur en quantité généreuse. Cuisine d’été avec sa plancha extrêmement appréciable. Bouc bel Air à l’avantage d’être à la porte des sites importants à visiter en Provence et alentours. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété.

Très jolie villa et beaucoup d’espace tant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur, jolie décoration, on s’y sent tout de suite comme à la maison ! Bien accueillis et propriétaire disponible rapidement si besoin de quelque chose. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et de la plancha 😀� Je recommande cette villa pour se ressourcer en famille ou entre amis.

Séjour pour 9 personnes (4 adultes 1 ado 4 enfants) en août 2015 La maison est très chouette et fort bien équipée ; elle est suffisamment spacieuse pour ne pas que l'on se sente les uns sur les autres et que chacun conserve son intimité, mais elle regorge également de petites coins chaleureux où l'on peut se retrouver à plusieurs. L'accueil est à la fois simple et cordial, et les propriétaires sont très attentifs à ce que leurs locataires ne rencontrent pas de désagréments pendant leur séjour. Située à mi-chemin de Marseille et Aix, elle a une localisation très intéressante, peut être moins pour ceux qui souhaitent aller souvent à la plage (celles-ci sont un peu éloignées). Néanmoins, la maison est si agréable qu'on n'a plus envie d'en bouger... A recommander sans modération (attention aux moustiques et autres bestioles volantes ;-), nous y reviendrions avec plaisir !

Grande maison, dans un quartier calme, confortable et bien équipée, propre et bien entretenue, parfaitement adaptée à des vacances familiales. On a tous les avantages d'une maison occupée à l'année par les propriétaires (niveau d'équipement, qualité de la literie, aspects pratiques bien pris en compte, ...) sans en avoir les éventuels inconvénients (on n'est pas encombré par des affaires personnelles du propriétaire qui n'aurait pas trouvé de place pour les mettre de coté ...). La disposition des lieux et la taille du terrain assurent un niveau appréciable de tranquillité et d'intimité, supérieur même à ce que laissent présager les photos satellite (voir portail IGN ou Google maps). Terrasse très agréable pour prendre les repas et où se tenir par beau temps, avec une belle vue dégagée. La piscine sécurisée par alarme et proche de la maison privilégie esthétique et commodité mais ne serait pas idéale avec des enfants petits et turbulents. Si Bouc Bel Air et Gardanne (avec un grand marché provençal, tout de même) sont d'un intérêt touristique limité, Aix est tout près et la maison inciterait plutôt au farniente sur place ! Propriétaires d'un contact très agréable, accueillants, réactifs même à distance, grâce aux réseau de bon voisinage qu'ils ont mis en place. Le fait que, pour la première fois depuis que nous louons, notre envie de changer et de voir autre chose a cédé devant le plaisir de revenir en dit long sur l'agrément de la location. A recommander sans réserve.
