Access is direct by public transport to / from the city center. Parked in 5 minutes (Pasteur car park), a stone's throw from Saint Sauveur Cathedral and Place de l'Horloge, you can quickly take advantage of all the attractions of this city of water and art.
In the heart of Provence in the immediate vicinity of the city, the house offers direct access to the main roads and motorways of the region. The garden features a private secure swimming pool for the exclusive use of the tenant, as well as two large freestone stone terraces with views of the forest and the swimming pool.

The 60m2 living room is furnished and decorated in a personalized and warm contemporary style (flat screen TV and WIFI access) overlooking a covered south-facing terrace.
The American kitchen is fully equipped: Coffee maker, Kitchen utensils, Crockery and Cutlery, Dishwasher, freezer, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator, Induction hob, Toaster, Kettle, Nespresso coffee maker.
4 carefully decorated bedrooms have a double bed and plenty of storage. Two parental suites: - 1 spacious suite of 15m2 with king size bed in 160 and direct view on the swimming pool; - 1 suite with adjoining bathroom of 14.5 m2. - 2 other bedrooms with double bed 140 on the ground floor.
2 bathrooms with shower, bathtub and heated towel rail. 2 separate toilets.
Bed and bathroom linen provided. hair dryer. Iron and ironing board.
Rules to respect:
- Maximum 8 people + 1 baby
- Non-smoking
- Pets not allowed
- Not suitable for young children (non-compliant terraces and stairs)
- Prohibited events (dance evenings, weddings, birthdays, EVJV, etc.)
- The use of stilettos is strictly prohibited inside so as not to damage the solid parquet
Information:
