This cheerful, tastefully decorated 2-bedroom condo is located at the midpoint of idyllic Anna Maria Island—just steps from the sand—and comes with everything you need for a carefree beach getaway. Just add people, food, and fun!
Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home, including high-speed Wi-Fi so you can stream your favorite shows or catch up on emails. Both bedrooms feature cozy queen-sized beds with linens provided, and the bathroom is stocked with towels, a hair dryer, and beach/pool towels for guest use.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a convection/microwave oven, four-burner cooktop, Keurig coffee maker, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Outside, enjoy a heated pool, a shared charcoal grill, and a cozy patio area—perfect for family meals or grilling up your catch of the day!
There’s also a small front balcony with bar stools and a breakfast bar where you can sip your morning coffee while gazing at the Gulf. Additional amenities include:
• A shared washer and dryer and two-piece washroom in the pool shed
• An outdoor shower to rinse off after a beach day
• A storage chest with beach chairs, umbrella, and beach buggy for your convenience

Absolutely a 10 out of 10! Our first time staying on Anna Maria Island and we loved every minute! Especially due to this beautiful, cozy, idyllic, homey condo. Perfectly decorated and very comfortable. Not to mention the view. The balcony is right across from the beach access with a perfect view of the Gulf. Great spot for morning coffee and even saw some dolphins from there. Christine and Victor are great hosts. Almost immediate responses to questions and they didn’t miss a beat when stocking the condo with what you might need while there. Plus a great pool with a very convenient restroom/laundry facility right in the pool yard! We even had the pool to ourselves the first couple days but also loved sharing it with the other fun guests. Can’t wait to come again!

The unit was adorable and had an amazing view of the beach across the street. It was a bit busy at this end of town but very convenient to both ends of the island! Beach was amazing with awesome sunsets. Love AMI
