You cannot beat this location on AMI. Our favorite thing was the screened in porch. The convenience of going up to the condo and the beach was a breeze. The fact the owner had chairs, an umbrella and sand toys available for us to use in lower closet was a huge plus. The only downside of the condo was the twin beds, not comfortable at all and the dresser in the twin room’s drawers did not slide out well.

Clean, well stocked, perfect for my husband and me. Beach and ocean literally in the back yard, also clean beaches and nice, flat beach to walk in with shallow water. Beautiful sunsets. We did nothing but relax and swim. Wagner realty staff dealt very swiftly with an appliance malfunction and super friendly. We’ll be back!

Master bedroom was right in the front. There were no curtains or blinds. The people staying across the street saw me and my wife in action a few times. Drain was clogged in bathroom. Coffee maker broken. Was supposed to get a credit back and never did.
