This Ground level condo is a 2 minute walk to the inviting soft sands of the Gulf of Mexico on Anna Maria Island and one block west of the intra coastal waters of Tampa Bay. This is a great economical winter destination for snowbirds, a nice 3 Day weekend stay away from it all or a weekly rental for the family.
The unit features 2 bedrooms with 1 bath and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Furnished with a King bed in the master and 2 Twin beds in the Guest room. A fully equipped kitchen with the basic cookware, utensils, and dishware are provided as well as beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas for your stay. Easy access to free island trolley service with 2 trolley stops conveniently located right on Gulf Drive a block from your front door.
Community pool (Not Heated) / NO Community laundry-room on property / Unit does NOT have a washer or dryer.
Cable TV and Wi-Fi are included.

The check in process was easy. Aside from the shower head being broken and not being able to get it fixed until the next day, the unit was clean and close to the beach.

Very clean, location was amazing! Would stay again and highly recommend! Bring plastic ware as there are no eating utensils. Using the oven and stove top simultaneously causes the breaker to flip. The pillows weee comfortable, beds comfortable, pool was clean and very refreshing! Walk to beach was short. Again this is the best location on the island for our purposes. Quiet neighborhood!

When we arrive the property was clean and smelled nice. The bed was comfortable. The restroom needs to be redone completely to be more functional. The shower entry way is so narrowed you will have to squeeze yourself in to get the shower. The shower floor hurts your feet. There is a problem with the water drainage. There is no exhaust fan in the restroom. After we left and came back we noticed the place had a strange smell that would not go away. The kitchen is good with many appliances to use. There was some drywall that needs to be repaired in one of the rooms. The trim throughout the entire rental needs to be repainted. We never used the pool we were waiting for the pool to be cleaned and it didn’t happen.
