About this apartment rental
Sunset Terrace is a quiet family oriented complex made up of only 18 units. This is not your typical Florida megaplex. We pride ourselves on limited renting. This beautifully decorated, recently refreshed two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located directly on the beach and is offered with full amenities. Unit 107 has a master bedroom with queen sized bed, television, and master bathroom as well as private balcony and a second bedroom with two twin beds and full bathroom. The condo has a spacious living area with screened in lanai overlooking the Gulf. There is also a dining room and eat at kitchen bar to complement the fully equipped kitchen. A queen size air mattress with electric pump is also available for additional sleeping accommodations if one can be torn from the lounge chairs on the lanai. Washer and Dryer included in unit. Beach chairs, toys, inflatables included as well.
