About this apartment rental
Sunset Terrace is a quiet family oriented complex made up of only 18 units. This is not your typical Florida megaplex. We pride ourselves on limited renting. This beautifully decorated, recently refreshed two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located directly on the beach and is offered with full amenities. Unit 107 has a master bedroom with queen sized bed, television, and master bathroom as well as private balcony and a second bedroom with two twin beds and full bathroom. The condo has a spacious living area with screened in lanai overlooking the Gulf. There is also a dining room and eat at kitchen bar to complement the fully equipped kitchen. A queen size air mattress with electric pump is also available for additional sleeping accommodations if one can be torn from the lounge chairs on the lanai. Washer and Dryer included in unit. Beach chairs, toys, inflatables included as well.

Location can't be beat! All the benefits of being directly on the beach... sunsets, ocean sounds at night, easy back and forth from beach to condo as needed, etc.Has a storage unit at the ground level with beach items such as coolers, toys, and chairs. I was able to store an ebike that I rented, Could probably have gotten two of them in there as seen in the attached photo.(Note: There are ice blocks in the freezer that fit in the soft blue cooler)The condo's parking spot is extra large.The location is within a very quiet stretch of Gulf Drive that doesn't suffer from the traffic congestion at the north and south ends of the islands.A convenience store (Circle K) is about a 10 minute walk up the street and offers everything from coffee, to beer, wine, ice, snacks, etc. as well there is a more upscale restaurant (Salt Bar and Table) just a few minutes walk away which is convenient for avoiding parking issues and not worrying about driving home.Across the street is a neighborhood of streets which were great for walking/bike riding and checking out the beautiful houses. There is a small park nearby called Herb Dolan Park which has Basketball/Pickleball courts, picnic tables, playgrounds, etc. as well as a wooden swing that peeks through an opening to the sunrises coming from the other side of the island.There is also a nature walking trail called Grassy Pointe Preserve nearby.Communication was great.Overall was very happy with our stay here.

Had no idea would be stairs to climb. Nothing in ad indicated that. Wife and I in 90s so was hassle. Daughter handled luggage. Beautiful view. Were small ants on kitchen counter. Small toilets were hassle.
