Two Bedroom, 1 Bath. Across from the beach... steps to the sand. Lower Unit of a two unit duplex.
Private Bungalow where you can enjoy the Gulf of Mexico every day. No car needed as we supply bikes. Full kitchen, outdoor grilling area and dinning area as well.
Close to Bridge Street and Coquina Beach.
Early Checkin/Late Check out available for a fee.
Rates and Availability are subject to change until reservation is completed. A deposit must be received in order to reserve the dates you desire.
Pets- Non-Aggressive breeds, vaccinated & current on a flea prevention program allowed only with prior approval. Any unauthorized pets=25%surcharge
Traveler must provide photo ID and guest list
Owner is not responsible for events beyond our control, ie: inclement weather, storms, evacuations, etc. Travel Insurance is recommended and may be purchased independently from several sites (Red Sky Travel Insurance, www.SquareMouth.com, etc.)

Unforgettable stay-perfect beach getaway! The location is unbeatable just steps away from the beach! This house was perfect for my family and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend!

Very conveniently located with easy and close access to the beach. My only suggestion is to put some type of blind or curtain on the doors. Being so close to the road everyone can see in. Overall, would definitely stay again.

Great location! Directly across from beach. Easy walk.
The unit itself is quite run-down. The front blinds were broke and did not close, the lights from the CONSTANT traffic were coming into the living room all night long. The back door leads to a very useful outside shower, however the back entry has a large hole, which is attempted to be covered up by a welcome mat. The bikes that were provided had flat tires. Many of the beach chairs provided were broke or very run-down. Absolutely no floor space to put luggage in the master bedroom. Outside front entry lights were burned out.
