Comes with a Keurig coffer maker. Master has a walk in shower. New lounge furniture and full size washer/dryer in condo. Premium cable and telephone with free long distance calls throughout America.
As of 07/20/2026 ~ Tennis, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, dock, pool, pool restrooms and laundry facilities and workout room are now available at this time.
Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, pickleball, fitness center, Bbq grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and Wifi internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, easy to get to the beach and an amazing pool. We enjoyed the people staying here as well. Everyone was friendly, hospitable and our Agent was very accommodating to any questions we had. We plan to come back next year potentially for 4 months!

Gorgeous home with inviting and welcome decor! Pool and view are beyond belief. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning to make more memories!

Not only was the Condo we stayed in well equipped with all the necessary items there were the extras also. When we decided 7 days just was not long enough the management company quickly changed the reservation for several more nights. Thank you for the fantastic vacation.
