The Condo is in between the Beach & the Bay! It's an ideal location for everyone including Families, Couples, Friends etc. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, live music, shopping, water sports, boating, cruises, fishing etc.
What I love the most...you don't have to drive...Walk, bike, use the Free Trolley or Monkey Bus!

Very nice location - easy walk to beach and bay! Walked often to Bridge Street shops and restaurants. Close to Sarasota. Weather was a bit cool so we didn't get to use many of the stocked summer items. Beds were comfortable, place was cozy. No problems communicating with host!

Clean rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach. Plenty of beach gear and toys. Wife and kids had a great time. Will definitely come back.

Property was good but all of the construction work and dumpsters was not.

It was a nice place. Ice maker did not work, ceiling fan in living room did not turn on. The bed in the primary room was a full size bed, not a queen as indicated in the listing. I'm sure once the pool gets repaired it will be a great asset to the rental. Overall it was a nice location.
