Tucked away in a peaceful community, yet conveniently close to the island's finest dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The house offers two mirror image units so you really can't go wrong with either one.
Step into the newly decorated great room, where comfort meets coastal elegance. This inviting space opens up to a spacious deck, perfect for soaking in the warm Florida sun. The kitchen, designed for both functionality and style. A spiral staircase off the kitchen leads to the rear deck, providing convenient access to the alley access parking area.
Retreat to the master bedroom, adorned with coastal furnishings and a plush king-size bed. Enjoy moments of relaxation on your private deck, offering glimpses of the gulf and two inviting chaise lounges. Indulge in the spacious master bath, featuring a large two-person walk-in shower.
The queen bedroom exudes "Island chic" style, boasting breathtaking views of Palma Sola Bay. Meanwhile, the cozy third bedroom offers comfortable bunk beds with custom ensembles and the family room couch offers a queen sleeper sofa - ideal for families or groups.
On the ground level, a large Florida room awaits, adjacent to the newly built pool (2020). The private "Kitchenette" area offers a cozy spot to unwind, complete with its own TV and refrigerator with ice maker. The location was perfect and the house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. We are more beach seekers but the pool is a nice option and was part of the reason why we chose this house.
