My parents, niece, and I had an AMAZING time in AMI. Our condo, Sunset Terrace 204 was more than we had hoped for. From the small details (packages with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel) until we got settled and unpacked, to the comfortable beds and furniture, and the well stocked beach closet, were all fantastic touches. The condo was clean and THE VIEW was breathtaking! The pool was a great option for those times we wanted a break from the beach. The hosts were very communicative and responsive. Not only would we stay here again, but we will also be recommending it to all headed that way!

Host was great. Two things- there were multiple light switches that did not work. The other objectionable thing was that the master bath did not have a door. You can close the bedroom door, but....The apartment was clean, had a great view, and was right on the beach.

The location was great but the condo was just ok. The internet didn’t work for the entire first day and then went out again on Friday. We had a broken outlet in the hall bathroom. We booked the condo for 5 people, but only had enough towels and beach towels for 4. A worker was sent in to fix the outlet, bring towels and fix the Internet the next day. We were then told that we were getting new balcony furniture and a worker came and took up the whole afternoon assembling it in our living room. He didn’t finish so he had to come back the next day. So now we’ve had 2 days of workers in our condo. I was informed that a plumber was coming on Friday to fix the toilet that we didn’t know was broken. I finally said something about having 3 days of workers so they rescheduled it. The right front burner on the flattop stove was broken and as soon as it was turned on it lit our butter on fire. I’ve never seen that happen! The floors were really dirty and we had to wash our feet in the bathtub every night before bed. There was no mop in sight. Also, there is no door to the bathroom in the master suite. So the bedroom and bathroom are one big room separated by a wall. No privacy.Our friends stayed in an identical condo in the same complex and had zero issues and paid 800 less. I brought this up to management and all they offered me was 10% discount on a future stay that needed to be booked by the end of this year. I just don’t feel that is fair compensation for the amount of annoyances.
