This location situates you within walking distance from eateries, boutiques, and entertainment at Riverwalk in Edwards as well. Eagle River is in the backyard and can be heard from the condo, which adds a peaceful tone to your stay. No matter what season you are planning on visiting, there is year-round access to a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, and more. In the summer, enjoy fishing, golf, hiking, biking, live music, entertainment, and natural wildlife.
If you are visiting during the summer months, the sparkling community pool awaits. The interior boasts a cozy, home-like atmosphere with a wood-burning fireplace in the living room and comfortable furniture throughout. Awesome location- 5 min flat walk to Edwards shopping. Easy to get to River edge via a nearby path. On bike trail.
Inside was very clean and comfortable (great beds and pillows….and one tub/shower in master bedroom with shower in hall bath. We didn't cook. There are a few steps from entry hall down to door. Entry hall lights weren’t working - maybe a building issue? Lots of towels and toiletries.
Suggest more living room lights for reading.
Outside landscaping could be improved- border plants were lacking and there was a dead plant in pot. Outdoor furniture was in fair condition. Grill was dirty. But the sound of the river is amazing!

Everything was immaculately clean and perfectly appointed. Coffeemaker with drip and pod features. Soft sheets and blankets. Great television. Location is perfect for skiing in the area. We skied at Beaver Creek which was so convenient. The town of Edwards is lovely. Lots of nice restaurants and a good grocery store/market. Not just a glam ski town. We really liked it and look forward to coming back in the future!
