Place was great for me and my family, and perfectly located within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Note that the cable is a very basic package, so guests should plan to bring streaming entertainment options.

Location, location, location......close to Beaver Creek Bear parking, restaurants and the river walkway.
Amenities were inclusive.
Nice quiet location with good lighting.

This condo was comfortable, spacious for our family of 4, and in a great spot in Edwards. The porch was a great spot to sit and read and listen to the river.After our first night, we got an abrasive text message from the property manager accusing us of making too much noise during a time when we were all sleeping, which was frustrating.
