Welcome to River Pines in Edwards! Nestled alongside the tranquil Eagle River, this spacious top-floor 3-bed, 2-bath home offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. The open floor plan is designed to maximize both space and light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for everyday living or hosting loved ones. Large windows bathe the interior in sunlight, while the living room opens to a private patio, where you can unwind and enjoy the fresh mountain air or take in the peaceful river views.
The kitchen is set with everything the chef in the group needs to whip a feast including stainless steel appliances, coffee maker and coffee/filters are supplied. The dining table offers seating for six with an additional two seats at the kitchen counter.
Each of the three bedrooms are set up with cozy mattresses and hotel quality linens for your best night's rest. The first guest bedroom is outfitted with full/over bunk beds, the second offers two twin beds while the primary suite is set with a king bed. The primary is also equipped with an en suite featuring a shower/tub combo and there is also a guest bathroom available.
Warm up in front of the fireplace or watch your favorite movie in the living room. Step outside, and you’re just a short stroll away from the picturesque riverside path, ideal for walks along the Eagle River. Just west of River Pines lies the vibrant Riverwalk, offering an array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, ensuring that everything you need is close at hand.

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool. You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.
THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All of our Vail Valley properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

We loved our stay! Clean, beautifully decorated, quiet and relaxing. We fell in love with the bear print and the rug in the living room. We ordered both of them when we got home. Especially enjoyed the Riverwalk and the fly fishing right outside the door. Highly recommend this property!

This property is perfectly located for an easy walk to shopping, restaurants and the walk/bike path. The home was well equipped and the furniture and beds were very comfortable.
