Cozy & quaint two story townhome 10 minutes from the world-class slopes of Beaver Creek and 15 minutes from Vail. Hiking and biking trails steps away. Newly renovated and furnished with modern finishes, fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, smart TVs, outdoor patio with seating, and washer & dryer. Minutes from Edwards resturants, breweries, and shopping.
Included Court Club access includes expansive gym with full weight room, indoor pool, hot tub, steam room, yoga, pickleball and tennis.

❄ Upstairs full bath with large shower and bathtub. Complimentary amenities include hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
❄ Entire upper level remodeled with new luxury laminate flooring.
❄ Living room includes Queen sleeper sofa to sleep up to two additional people with a Smart TV and Roku.
❄ Downstairs 1/2 bath
❄ Kitchen has ALL new appliances, breakfast bar with seating for 4, Keurig K-Duo with complimentary K-Cup starter pack, fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals.

Please note that our place, like most in the area, does not have air conditioning. On summer evenings, we recommend opening windows to allow the mountain air to cool the unit to a comfortable temperature and keeping blinds drawn during the day to keep the unit cool. Ceiling fans (in the master bedroom and living room) are available for additional comfort.
There is NO covered parking available. We offer guests free, uncovered parking in a quiet parking lot a short walk from the unit (~200 feet). This lot is designated for residents and guests of our complex only.
