The perfect spot for outdoor enthusiasts does exist, and it's here at this gorgeous Colorado townhouse!Feel at home in our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom vacation home. Fully renovated two years ago, this home is peaceful and centrally-located place. We have a one car garage with two spaces in the driveway. And we're walking distance to the Riverwalk and trails for great snowshoeing, hiking and biking!
Right at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain, the location is convenient for those who love to hike and rock climb, sightsee, shoot photography, and ski in the winter. Drive around town to discover local eateries, arts, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions to complete your amazing vacation.
Inside, you will be welcomed by a bright interior with lots of natural light. In the living room, you are invited to gather in front of the smart TV to stream your favorite movie with the family. The fireplace will keep you nice and warm during cold winter days. Enjoy your morning coffee in our secluded private backyard patio as the sun rises over the Rocky Mountains, making memories that will last a lifetime.
