Catch trout in your backyard, and take in the water view from your private balcony with grill. Hit the slopes at Beaver Creek and Vail, then enjoy family game nights by the gas fireplace.
At Riverside Treehouse, guests are greeted with soaring ceilings, floods of sunlight, and breathtaking views of the Eagle River and surrounding mountains. Come together in the open-concept living area, where a three-seat leather sofa, ottoman, and three sitting chairs provide seating for six. Keep cozy by the gas fireplace with stone hearth, and watch your favorite movies and shows on the 32” flat-screen TV with DVD player.
The well-stocked kitchen is equipped with a double stainless-steel sink and a full suite of appliances. Spend quiet mornings sipping coffee at the breakfast bar with two chairs, and gather for brunch in the dining area, where an antler chandelier hangs above a wood table set for four. Get some fresh air on the private balcony overlooking the Eagle River and the surrounding mountains. In the evenings, fire up the grill and dine al fresco at a bistro table with seating for two. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
