The ultimate Orange Beach vacation starts in this spacious 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom condo right on the sugar-white sand of the Gulf. When you stay here, it’s impossible to forget you’re at the beach. Walls of glass showcase stunning views of the emerald waters and create a living space that’s light and bright. With an open layout and plenty of comfy seating, including two reclining leather sofas, it’s easy to gather together and unwind here. Queue up a movie on the large flatscreen TV, kick back with a favorite book, or watch the boats go by with your incredible view from the 11th floor.
In the same open space, you’ll find a white kitchen with Corian countertops and stainless steel appliances. It has the perfect layout to prepare meals while chatting with the crew, who can perch at the enormous breakfast bar with seating for four. The accompanying wet bar with an ice maker and open glass shelving is the perfect spot to set out drinks and snacks, and the six-person formal dining table has the sweetest Gulf views.
When you need a little time to yourself, there are three well-appointed bedrooms to choose from. Each has a flatscreen TV and its own bathroom for ultimate privacy. Plus there’s an extra bathroom, making it easy for all eight guests to have their own space.
The best part of this home is the private balcony, where you’ll enjoy endless views of the Gulf, the white sand beaches, and Phoenix West’s incredible amenities, like the lazy river, kiddie pool, and corkscrew waterslide. The property is conveniently located and the room we were in was beautifully situated on the 11th floor; not too high and not too low! The facilities, staff, and beach were all first class and we felt very welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The Lazy River was definitely the highlight for our grand-kids, which will make it very difficult to stay anywhere else during future visits to the Gulf!

Easy check in, property was clean and as described. WiFi wasn’t great, but it worked enough to check email. Nice views from balcony, comfortable beds - a great stay!

We’ve stayed at the Phoenix West several times. Disappointed the unit was not clean. Our 4yr old had dirty feet within the first hour, hair left in the shower and NO blankets. All the bed coverings were off due to Covid(we guess??), had to buy blankets. Unit above us partied several nights. When checking out another family was complaining as well about the uncleanliness of their unit.
