Wait until you see the Gulf views from the 25th floor! In this beautiful 3-bedroom home’s open living room, full walls of glass flood the space with natural light and showcase the shimmering Gulf. After days in the sun, relax on comfortable sofas or an ultra-plush recliner and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV, play games with the family, or enjoy a favorite beach read.
Open to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen is light and bright with white cabinetry, white appliances, and Corian countertops. With an open layout and plenty of counter space, meal prep is easy. Plus the crew can keep you company at the huge breakfast bar where there’s seating for four. The accompanying wet bar features a sink, ice maker, and open glass shelving. For meals, an elegant Gulfview dining room awaits with seating for six.
With three spacious bedrooms, everyone has their own spot to recharge. In the primary suite, you’ll love the comfortable bedding, flatscreen TV, and huge ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate jetted soaking tub. The second bedroom also has a King bed, while the third bedroom has two Queens. Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV and its own private bathroom. With a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a fourth full bathroom with a washer/dryer, there’s plenty of room for up to 10 guests.
The living space extends outside to the private Gulf-front balcony. As you relax on a lounge chair or dine al fresco at the table for six, you’ll enjoy the most spectacular views of sugar-white sand and emerald waters. It’s the perfect place to plan all your Orange Beach adventures.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Room was clean and had a great view. Random broken pieces and items in the condo. In random bathroom cabinets there would be small broken items. A random broken toaster in the master bedroom closet. The main reason that I booked this condo was my dad can only sleep in a recliner due to a spine issue. When we arrive the foot rest on the recliner is broken. I notified the property about it being broken. They sent a maintenance man to take a look at it and he stated it had been broken for a month. He said he could fix it but would have to get approval to order the parts. We never heard another thing about it on the trip. Unfortunately for my father he wasn’t able to sleep very much on this trip due to not having the recliner. I understand that things break but to find out it had been broken for a month didn’t seem appropriate.
