Wait until you see the Gulf views from the 25th floor! In this beautiful 3-bedroom home’s open living room, full walls of glass flood the space with natural light and showcase the shimmering Gulf. After days in the sun, relax on comfortable sofas or an ultra-plush recliner and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV, play games with the family, or enjoy a favorite beach read.
Open to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen is light and bright with white cabinetry, white appliances, and Corian countertops. With an open layout and plenty of counter space, meal prep is easy. Plus the crew can keep you company at the huge breakfast bar where there’s seating for four. The accompanying wet bar features a sink, ice maker, and open glass shelving. For meals, an elegant Gulfview dining room awaits with seating for six.
With three spacious bedrooms, everyone has their own spot to recharge. In the primary suite, you’ll love the comfortable bedding, flatscreen TV, and huge ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate jetted soaking tub. The second bedroom also has a King bed, while the third bedroom has two Queens. Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV and its own private bathroom. With a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a fourth full bathroom with a washer/dryer, there’s plenty of room for up to 10 guests.
The living space extends outside to the private Gulf-front balcony. As you relax on a lounge chair or dine al fresco at the table for six, you’ll enjoy the most spectacular views of sugar-white sand and emerald waters. It’s the perfect place to plan all your Orange Beach adventures.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Great condo at Phoenix West. This is the rare VRBO property that is even more spacious than it looks in the listing. Three bedrooms each with their own bathroom meant that the family had the ability to spread out as much as they wanted. Beds were swallow-you-up comfortable. Only wish the outdoor pool and lazy river were heated. But everything was great. 5 stars.
