Located right along the sugar-white sand, this 3-bedroom home offers direct beach access and mesmerizing Gulf views. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders put the views on full display and fill the open living space with natural light. There’s plenty of room to gather on comfy sofas and armchairs as you enjoy the views, host a family game night, or watch a movie on the flatscreen TV.
Open to the living space, the all-white kitchen features tons of cabinetry, lots of counter space, and all the appliances you need. Hang out at the huge breakfast bar, where there is high-backed seating for four. Set out snacks and drinks at the adjacent wet bar, which has an ice maker and blender. Or come together in the elegant formal dining space where Gulf views set the scene for memorable meals.
With three bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, this home comfortably sleeps 10 guests. The bedrooms feature comfy carpeting, floral bedspreads, flatscreen TVs, and private bathrooms. You’ll love the primary suite with its King bed, walk-in shower, and separate jetted tub. The second bedroom has a King and the third bedroom has two Queens.
Outside, the spacious private balcony showcases incredible Gulf views. From high up on the 24th floor of Phoenix West the views of emerald water and sugar-white sand are truly breathtaking. Sip your morning coffee, enjoy an afternoon nap on a chaise lounge, and dine al fresco at the outdoor table as you plan endless adventures in Orange Beach.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

I had stayed at Phoenix West years ago. I recommended it to our group this for time. It’s a great place still and wonderful location. The one thing I didn’t like was that the right side sink in the master bath was stopped up. I called to report it and was told someone would be there to fix it. No one came at all. But the condo is beautiful and served all our needs. The refrigerator & dishwasher needs replacing though.

Very nice condo and beautiful beach! The dishwasher was aggravating as the baskets didn’t roll out easily. Something wrong there! Nicely furnished and comfortable.

This condo was awesome! Great view of the ocean/beach. Has everything you could need including under the counter ice maker. The complex was amazing as well. The slide and lazy river were a big hit for the entire family, and it's just a very short walk down to the beach from the pool area. The only negatives are the wifi in the condo was spotty at best, and the cell signal was hit or miss. Also, surprised the outdoor pools aren't heated. Even so, we would definitely come back and would stay in this exact unit again without question.
