This Gulf-front 3-bedroom takes advantage of its amazing location with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders that showcase mesmerizing Gulf views. With an open layout and multiple seating options, including two sofas and two recliners, there’s plenty of room to gather in the living room. Queue up a movie on the wall-mounted flatscreen or simply take in the views while you relax with the family.
Open to the living area, the fully equipped kitchen features white cabinetry and appliances, tons of counter space, an adjacent wet bar with an ice maker, and a huge breakfast bar with seating for four. When it’s time to dine, gather in the elegant Gulfview dining room, where there’s seating for six and a backdrop of shimmering emerald waves.
With three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa, this home easily accommodates 10 guests with a layout that’s perfect for families. Each bedroom invites sweet dreams with hotel-style bedding, TVs, and private bathrooms, including the primary ensuite with a walk-in shower and separate jetted tub.
There’s more to love outside on the private balcony. The views of sugar-white sand and the sparkling Gulf will take your breath away. Whether relaxing with a book on a chaise lounge or gathering around the outdoor table for drinks and snacks, it doesn’t get much sweeter than this.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

We loved our stay. The room was so nice and the pools were fantastic. It was really crowded but we went at peak season so that was expected. However, I do not understand why a building that large with that many rooms/floors had only four elevators (with one broken most of the time). Depending on time of day, sometimes it was fine and sometimes it was a 30 min wait. We were on the 26th floor with small kids so stairs weren't an option. Other than that our stay was great.

The room is very nice with up to date appliances (except no Keurig), DirecTV, free WiFi, and ample bathrooms. Ike's Beach Rentals occupy the beach in front of this condo, and they enforce all beach ordinaces (unlike the condos and houses on either side of the condo). This is a high rise with very little pool space considering how many people this condo can accommodate. It does have a lazy river with a water slide on one end. If you don't mind getting up early for pool chairs and pool space, then this is the place for you. The condo will repossess your towels if you place them on the pool chairs before the pool opens at 7 am. There are 4 centrally located elevators (one of which was broken for 2 days), so you spend a great deal of time waiting on the elevator.
