The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area, allowing for one large entertaining space. With tons of white cabinetry, expansive countertops, and stainless steel appliances, it’s easy to make meals at the beach. At the enormous breakfast bar, there is seating for four on cushioned high-back stools, and there is an accompanying wet bar with a beverage cooler, perfect for setting out drinks and snacks. Whether gathering for meals or family game nights, the Gulfview formal dining table with seating for eight is the perfect spot.
After busy beach days, you’ll love retreating to your own private space. With three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa, there is plenty of room for up to 10 guests to have their own space. Each bedroom is beautifully furnished with hotel-style linens, large flatscreen TVs, and ensuite bathrooms for ultimate comfort and privacy.
Outside, your spacious private balcony is the best spot in the house. With views of swaying palm trees, Phoenix West’s multiple outdoor pools, the white-sand beach, and the shimmering Gulf, it’s incredibly relaxing. Whether lounging on a chaise watching the family float in the lazy river or dining al fresco at the outdoor table, it’s the perfect place to plan all your Orange Beach adventures.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

We did not stay at this particular place. The lazy river was under construction when we went. We were so upset. We called the host and they were amazing! They had us moved to a different condo immediately. And the place was beautiful. This could have been an issue but shows when you take care of your guests you

The property was clean, very well stocked with all we needed and everything was conveniently accessible. I would recommend Phoenix West property and would love to stay there again in the future. Thanks for a wonderful beach vacation experience!

This was a great time with our family and grand kids. They loved the lazy river also.

This was a great place! Went for a girls' trip and it could not have been better. Great 2nd floor room with wonderful decor and furnishings. Beds were very comfortable. Great view! The only thing that I thought that needed to be improved was the patio furniture...patio chairs needed to be replaced.
