As soon as you enter this Gulf-front home, you’ll be greeted by picture-perfect views of blue skies and emerald waters. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders frame the Gulf and allow all that Alabama sunshine to stream into the open living space. Perfect for gathering, there’s plenty of seating in the spacious living room with two sofas and two comfy leather recliners. Whether watching movies on the flatscreen TV, playing games with the family, or simply enjoying the views, it’s easy to relax here.
The all-white kitchen is light, bright, and open, inviting the chef to be a part of the action, and high-backed seating for four at the huge breakfast bar makes it even easier. The kitchen also has an accompanying wet bar with an ice maker, sink, and open glass shelving, the perfect drink and snack station. When it’s time to dine, the elegant Gulfview dining room has seating for six.
With three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a Queen sleeper sofa, this home accommodates up to 8 guests. Each bedroom has crisp white linens, a TV, and a private bathroom, including the primary ensuite with a walk-in shower and separate jetted tub. With luxurious King beds in the primary and second bedrooms and a Queen in the third bedroom, everyone has their own space.
Outside, your private Gulf-front balcony is the best spot in the house. Whether watching the family float along the lazy river, enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach, or dining al fresco at the outdoor table, you’re going to love it here.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
