Beautiful three-bedroom apartment with a large terrace that has the sun from morning to sunset.
The apartment has a master suite with an en-suite, a king-size room and a single bedroom that can accommodate two full-size single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped which is ideal for self-catering with the option of indoor or outdoor dining whilst enjoying the beautiful sunsets.
The apartment's main bathroom has a walk-in shower.
The apartment now has the latest fibre broadband.
A high standard is offered throughout this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property.
Situated only a 2 minutes walk to the golden beach of beautiful Puerto de Mogan. There is a vast selection of bars and restaurants which offer a range of local and international menus to suit every palate. The apartment is unique in that it offers a quiet rooftop heated pool, shared only within this small complex. Around the pool, there are sunbeds & parasols which are there for your enjoyment.
Perfect for Alfresco dining is the large terrace with bbq and seating for up to 6 people.
The terrace receives the sun from early morning to the beautiful sunset in the evening. You can enjoy the beautiful evening sunshine on the terrace and watch the sun go down.

Two excellent supermarkets are within a few minutes' walking distance. Very comfortable property with all amenities . For me the pool was a godsend which I had all to myself most of the time .Even with a mobility issue it was just a nice walk for my husband to the promenade with all its restaurants and bars . Lovely and quiet at night even though central .Met by Sue who showed us the ropes and was very helpful and good communications from Kelly

Unable to use terrace. Absolutely needs an awning. Dead cockroaches in corridors not moved the length of the time we were there. Live cockroaches in apartment. Sue was very helpful and gives a good welcome. Very disappointing holiday due only being able to use terrace until the evening. And also having to look for cockroaches all the time. Would definitely not return. We have stayed numerous times in Mogan never had this problem.
