Access to the parking (7 euro) - accessible for slightly bigger cars ~5m (we had Ford Combo 5p). Host answers very quickly, apartments were clean. Everything is in 5 minutes reach, flat terrain - ideal place especially for older people or someone with a hearth issue. Wifi was good, TV supports remote screencast.

The automatic garage doors did not had the remote pilot, so my wife had to go out and use key to open it manually. I saw other residents using the remote, so worth to make one for this apartment. Not even an issue, just a nitpick (unless you are alone or your partner has some mobility issues).

Our family of 5 had a lovely stay in this property in Puerto Mogán. The apartment is clean, spacious and exceptionally well-located; less than 1 min walk to the beach, which was particularly useful with young kids. It’s a lovely building, close to nice shops, restaurants and playgrounds. The parking space, rooftop terrace and items such as beach umbrella were all availed of and appreciated. Communication with the host was clear and timely, and flexibility shown when needed was greatly appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment and we look forward to returning again in future.

Margarita was erg betrokken en heel prettig in de communicatie. Super ook is de parkeerplek voor de auto, de prima locatie en de volledige uitrusting van het appartement. Een fantastische plek in een fijne omgeving! Aanrader!

There is nothing to dislike. The apartment is on the 1st floor and very close to the lift
