L'appartement est très bien situé, à 5 mns à pied du front de mer, et du port de Puerto de Mogan. Il est d'un standing classique, sans grand charme, et avec le minimum d'équipements. Il ne convient qu'à trois personnes, pas de fauteuil dans le salon. Le petit canapé est d'ailleurs plutôt inconfortable. La cuisinette permet de préparer les repas. Les 3 chambres sont climatisées, et la clim est très discrète. Literie agréable. Bien prévoir une heure d'arrivée car il n'y a personne sur place, mais l'agence semble très réactive. Parking réservé au logement, ce qui est très pratique, le stationnement étant compliqué.

Clean apartment in an attractive, quiet building. Perfect location, just a couple of minutes walk down into the town. Easy parking in gated area. Good air con.
From the listing I thought the washing machine would be within the apartment, but it's a coin operated machine in a communal laundry room. However thanks to the lift and how quiet the building is, it wasn't too much of a problem.
