Looking for an oceanfront getaway for your family? Look no further! El Capitan is a 2BR 2BA condominium, located downtown at the boardwalk on 4th Street. Enjoy wonderful direct oceanfront views from your balcony where you can watch the dolphins swim by, or take a stroll on the famous Ocean City Boardwalk, where you can shop, enjoy the amusements at the pier, play in the arcades, eat Fisher's popcorn, Thrasher fries or have a relaxing meal at various eateries. Or just spend the day relaxing on the beach, knowing you're just a few steps away from your vacation property if you need a mid-day break. This property can accommodate up to 8 with a Queen in the main BR, two Double beds in the second BR, and a Queen sleep sofa in the living room. This is a 4th floor unit with an elevator for your convenience. There is also a refreshing outdoor pool to enjoy. This property comes with 1 parking spot, WiFi/Cable TV, and an outdoor shower. You may book this cozy beach retreat Saturday to Saturday in-season, or any 3 nights off-season. Note building is not handicapped accessible.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

It was great to have 2 seperate balconies. This way the kids could go to bed and you do not have to worry about waking the up. Really love how separated the rooms are to give extra privacy to each guests. Convenient location. Easy to walk to anything you need.
Only thing that was an issue was there was no handicap ramp to get to elevator. So very hard to lift stroller up and down steps with 6 month old baby in it to get to elevator.

Multiple tripping hazards in rental. Uneven thresholds to multiple rooms. Rug that slid across floor when you stepped on it. Don’t understand why I had to go to 62 street to get code for door. Other rentals will e mail or text you info to the account you registered and paid with. Kitchen was old. Cupboard doors would not stay closed.
