Belmont Towers 304 is a three bedroom, three bath oceanfront condo located in downtown Ocean City between Talbot and Dorchester Streets. The oceanfront balcony presents premium views of the bustling boardwalk and beach, plus the nighttime lights of the amusements at the pier - it's also accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom. The bright and open living room features recently updated hardwood flooring and flows right into a dining area with table and breakfast bar where you can easily meals and snacks you've prepared in the fully equipped kitchen.
Belmont Towers has private garage parking (6'8" clearance) with two assigned spaces on the 3rd floor (same level as condo), elevator, a fitness room, putting green and outdoor pool with large sundeck. Please be advised the building parking garage is not suitable for oversized vehicles. Once you arrive and park your car, you might not need to use it again until you depart - you can easily walk to shopping, restaurants and boardwalk amusements from this spot! This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights in the off season.
Sleeping up eight guests, bed sizes include a king in the primary with a 32' flat screen smart TV, queens in bedroom two and bedroom three, and a queen sleep sofa if needed in the living area. Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the unit
for your convenience. Limited basic cable and internet available from Nov 1st - March 31st.
Non smoking/non-vaping; no pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Absolutely a great location here at the beach. We always choose to come down off-season for a less crowded area. The layout of the unit is fabulous. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Location on the boardwalk is ideal for meeting all your needs and some wonderful people watching. I’m not sure the last time they mopped the flooring however if we walked around barefoot or with socks, our feet ended up very filthy Everything else in the unit is spotless Would absolutely stay here again.

Condo was nice, appliances were handy. Master bedroom tv wasn’t hooked up, management came right over to fix it. However the master bedroom carpet is in horrible condition.
