About this apartment rental
Location, location, location! If you like being at the center of it all, this is the place. Located right on the popular Ocean City boardwalk, this luxurious condo boasts beautiful views of the beach coupled with extreme convenience. Walk to almost any activity you can think of - amusement parks, shops, bike rentals, miniature golf, restaurants, boating, and much, much more. Once you've parked the car (two assigned spaces in covered garage included), you can just relax & enjoy!
Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath condo provides a perfect retreat from all the action. Great family room with large, wall mounted flat screen TV and sliding glass doors to balcony with beach/ocean/boardwalk view. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and island. All bedrooms include flat screen TVs. Master bath has jetted tub. Condo building, Belmont Towers, has nice outdoor rooftop pool, putting green, fitness center, and sauna. Prepare to have a fantastic time!
Note: This is NOT a High School Senior Graduate Rental (must be 25 years old to rent this unit AND be one of the occupants). The Belmont Building is more of a family type building, parents with small children, grandparents, etc.
In the summer peak season, this condo unit #302 rents on a mini-week basis of Mon-Fri and Fri-Mon or weekly of Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri.
BED LINENS (sheets and pillowcases) are separate as most guests bring their own.
That being said, there's a linen company that provides "Linen Rental Service" as follows:
* $120 linen rental fee (linens dropped off at unit)
* $ 75 fee to have beds made for you
* towel sets are $10/person (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth) ... please specify how many towel sets.
The only thing you would need to do when you depart is strip the beds and place each group in a pillowcase and leave at the front door.
If you choose a linen service, the amount due for it can be added here on this booking platform; please let me know for sure so I can have it ordered and scheduled for your check-in date. Thanks!
If you prefer to schedule your own linen rental service company for your stay, here is a local provider:

Great location and plenty of space, but having to bring sheets, towels, washcloths, dish towels and all paper products was an extra bag and hassle.
