Downtown Location: One of the biggest issues with the OC boardwalk is parking! Solved with the private garage! You can park your car and walk to all that you may want to do. All the shops, amusements, bars, and restaurants are a short walk away. Within 5 blocks are jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charter boats, over a dozen restaurants, miniature golf, the beach, the amusement pier with rides for all ages, video arcades, ice cream, candy, and tee shirt shops, Thrashers fries and Fisher's Popcorn are all right at your doorstep. Best supermarkets are across the bridge but less than 2 miles away.

This was the perfect condo for myself and my two adult children. As it has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Everyone had plenty of space. The condo itself is bigger than the pictures portray, and it is absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen was so well stocked. We were amazed! The washer and dryer was definitely a plus and all of the appliances were perfect for everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the view was outstanding. We watched the sunset from the front door, and of course the sunrise from the balcony. The safety of the private parking garage was wonderful as well ! If I could give this property six stars I would. We will definitely be returning. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Great location and lots of room. Cleaning service was not good. Left message on Steve's phone on Sunday about 4 pair of underwear in dresser drawer, sand in washing machine, and dirty cabinets!
