All the items you want for a perfect vacation! Beautiful spacious 3 BR 3 bath condo unit. Master and second bedroom with King Beds and private baths, a Queen sofa pull out in the great room and Full over Full bunk with Single trundle in 3rd bedroom. Comfortable for max of 11.
Outstanding Features of this condo: This is a beautiful new building in downtown location with private off street gated garage spaces. This is not your standard OC condo, it offers 9' ceilings, large living area, large kitchen, master bedroom and 3 spacious baths make for a relaxed easy going vacation experience! Beautiful ceramic tile in the kitchen, baths and Great Room. Tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. Large smart flat panel TV's in living room and all bedrooms. Living room upgraded to 75" Samsung TV. Master suite provides a large sanctuary to get away from it all! It has has spacious master bath with jetted tub, large shower, and double sink vanity. Three large picture windows provide stunning views of the Ocean. There are 2 swivel chairs with table & ottoman to allow you to view ocean, play cards, read or just swivel around to view the TV. Private sliding door access the balcony and views of the boardwalk, ocean and amusement pier, a great place to retire and relax from the days activities! Luxury features galore - The gourmet kitchen offers convection oven, large refrigerator with full width freezer, it is fully equipped with coffee maker, waffle/sandwich iron, blender, toaster and Chicago cutlery, and all you need to prepare a great meal with place settings for 12! The utility room has full-sized washer and dryer, making quick work of dirty clothes. The spacious balcony offers fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean, OC boardwalk and over to Assateague Island. Everything you need to enjoy your time on the beach!
Downtown Location: One of the biggest issues with the OC boardwalk is parking! Solved with the private garage! You can park your car and walk to all that you may want to do. All the shops, amusements, bars, restaurants are a short walk away. Within 5 blocks are jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charter boats, over a dozen restaurants, miniature golf, the beach, the amusement pier with rides for all ages, video arcades, ice cream, candy, and tee shirt shops, Thrashers fries, Fishers Popcorn. All right at your door step. Best supermarkets are across the bridge but less than 2 miles away.
This Condo sells out every summer by the end of April! Do not wait, make your reservation early so you are not left out!

Very, very CLEAN unit & great communication with host. We appreciated that we didn’t have to drive to go to the Boardwalk or beach - only to get groceries or go to a nearby restaurant. Would definitely recommend if this is what you’re looking for! As with any downtown unit, open sliding doors will allow for a noisier environment (the noise cancelling doors worked great! if you’re looking for A quieter atmosphere, I’d suggest looking for places further up Coastal Highway. This was our first time so close to the Boardwalk, and the kids really enjoyed the proximity!

The view was amazing. Third floor, boardwalk affords great viewing of the water and people as well. There are a couple of suggestions… there are no grab bars in the bathrooms… I would have thought they were necessary by code. They would be helpful as one of our guests had mobility issues… having one chair at least that reclines would be a plus. Otherwise, it was just what we needed for a relaxing week.

Overall the place was clean. The kitchen stove and microwave area had not been cleaned up very greasy and grimy under microwave and stove top. The kitchen sink sprayer was broke when pulled out so could not use it. Need to find a way to add some darkness to bedroom unit up front so the lights from boardwalk dont keep ya up. Just a few thing I would definitely look at and the cleaning would definitely be one.
