Freshly painted and with new living room furniture, updated windows and doors assure an enjoyable and relaxing stay. The spacious oversized balcony is a favorite for people watching! Located on exclusive 2nd floor, the balcony awards you with pampered outdoor living in the summer. Balcony is accessible from both the Master bedroom and the living room through sliding glass doors.

Modern, fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops available for your use. 75" Samsung Smart HD TV over gas fireplace in living room with access to Netflix and other streaming services which is on addition to premium Xfinity cable ty service. . Master Bedroom has King bed with large picture windows, 47" HD TV, and separate seating area to soak in the great ocean views. Master bath has separate jetted tub and large shower, with double sink vanity. The second bedroom includes 1 King, with the third bedroom offers a full over full bunk, with a single trundle. Queen Sleeper sofa is accessible for your convenience in the living room. The 'unique to this building' large balcony offers nice outdoor furniture, a large table for outdoor dining, with plenty of chairs to people watch or just soak in the afternoon sun and ocean breeze.

Awesome place to stay with lots of amenities. May be a little pricey for some events, but well worth it because of the location. The building has a weight room a sauna and a swimming pool on the fourth floor rooftop. It is a wonderful place to stay and we stay there two times a year every year. Parking is in a secured gated garage.

Lovely oceanfront condo. Slightly disappointed to learn that the gas fireplace was and had been out of order prior to our stay, as it was one of the main amenities we were looking forward to.

We enjoyed our stay so much last year, we rented the exact same condo we had last year. It is very nice, clean and you can't beat the location. We love the extended porch overlooking the boardwalk and the ocean and close the rides for the kids.
