We had a great stay here with our two children (ages 4 and 8) and found the house to be well equipped and spotlessly presented. The location is great with mountains within a short drive and the beaches on the Adriatic about 45 mins drive away. There are local pools to swim in if you don't want to drive and great scenery with historic towns and cities within easy range. The nearest towns of Urbania and Fermignano have good amenities including trattorias and restaurants and a large supermarket in Fermignano.

Quiet, clean we definitely recommend this location.
After spending a week in Rome and Venice, this location was perfect to calm down and enjoy the beautiful area.
We had a bit a trouble finding the house (our GPS was lost) , but Isabelle was easy to reach and immediately offered to come to get us in Urbania. The house has a great cachet, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Urbania is close by with stores, supermarket and of course, great gelato.
