La struttura, con possibilità di parcheggio, è ubicata poco fuori dal centro di Urbania, a cui si arriva in pochi minuti; l'appartamento è composto al piano terra da una piccola cucina (dotata di tutto il necessario) con tavolino, divano e tv, e un bagno discretamente ampio; la camera da letto è situata nel soppalco. Segnalo che i titolari fanno trovare succhi, latte, yogurt, marmellate, fette biscottate e pastine per la colazione del primo giorno, che gentilmente offrono.

Ruhige Lage am Rand von Urbania, Zentrum zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool, sehr engagierte und freundliche Besitzer. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Nettes Extra: Marmelade, Croissants, Yoghurt, Saft... stehen für das erste Frühstück bereit.
