We had a great stay here with our two children (ages 4 and 8) and found the house to be well equipped and spotlessly presented. The location is great with mountains within a short drive and the beaches on the Adriatic about 45 mins drive away. There are local pools to swim in if you dont want to drive and great scenery with historic towns and cities within easy range. The nearest towns of Urbania and Fermignano have good amenities including trattorias and restaurants and a large supermarket in Fermignano.
