BEAUTIFUL FARMHOUSE FULLY IMMERSED IN NATURE

This is a newly renovated farmhouse, it was named “Casal Celso” in memory of my father Vincenzo, also known as Celso, who built the farm many years ago.
It’s completely immersed in nature, in a private and quiet position surrounded by fields and woods and near the Furlo Natural State Reserve.
This farmhouse is surrounded by a large fully fenced garden especially suitable for families and people looking for a place to relax.
This farmhouse has a large living room, connected to the dining area, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a laundry.
We also hung a hammock in the shade of olive trees so our guests will take a nap in complete peace and quiet listening cicadas song.
The garden is also equipped with sun loungers to relax and admire the breathtaking view of surrounding hills. Furthermore, a patio with a small kitchen was recently added, for those who would like to eat outside. There is also a fully cemented barbecue area.
The property is fully fenced and accessible via a little driveway closed by a gate. Ample parking available.

“CasalCelso” is located between the little villages of San Martino dei Muri and San Gervasio in the municipality of Fossombrone, a lovely town built on the ancient Roman city of “Forum Sempronii” remains and easily reachable from “Casale Celso”.
On the way leading from Fossombrone to “Casale Celso” crossing the bridge over the river Metauro is highly recommended to make a stop for admiring the “Marmitte dei Giganti”. Over the centuries stones carried by the flow river shaped the rock creating natural caves full of transparent water.
A few kilometers from “CasalCelso” there are also beautiful towns like Urbino, famous for its Ducal Palace, cradle of Renaissance art and birthplace of the celebrated painter Raffaello Sanzio; the Furlo Gorge, wonderful naturalistic and faunistic creation and also famous for the river Metauro battle between Carthaginians and Romans; Acqualagna known as the truffle capital, an incredible tasting tuber, undisputed king of many restaurants menus; Pergola the town of “Bronzi dorati”, a group of Roman equestrian statues composed of two knights, two horses and two standing women representing the only golden bronze sculptures of the Roman age.
The Adriatic coast is about 25 kilometers from Fossombrone. The nearest seaside town is Fano where there are two beaches, a sandy one to the north known as “Lido” and a pebbly one to the south known as “Sassonia”. Besides its beaches Fano has many Roman age monuments, such as the Arch of Augustus, the Temple of Fortune, and the recently discovered Basilica of Vitruvio .
Casale Celso is on two floors, connected by an internal staircase. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The ground floor consists of:
-a very large open space with a circle dining table, sofas and TV to relax and a fully equipped kitchen and also a laundry room and a utility room.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; utilities (electricity – water –gas for kitchen use);

final cleaning € 80; pets allowed on request (max. 1 pet for an extra 10 euros, for the cleaning fee) ;
heating consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change.
