This charming stone villa is in a farmhouse with private pool, located in a small hamlet near Cagli. It is ideal for getting together with friends and for families who want to spend their holidays together.
You can go conveniently to explore the food culture of Marche. The cathedrals are fascinating to those who are looking for some history and culture. Sea, an hour away will treat you to some amazing views.
Guests have access to a porch equipped for outdoor dining and a lovely pergola with wooden furniture. Includes a well-kept garden and a swimming pool with Roman steps. A room of the structure is for the exclusive use of the owner.
The ground floor consists of a large living room with fireplace, kitchen, small closet, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which is also suitable for the disabled and the second with hydromassage shower. Heating will ensure that the nights are comfortable and cosy. Washing machine and tumble dryer will help you sort laundry.
