About this house rental

This cute and stylish 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom West Beach vacation home is nestled in the trees overlooking a tranquil lagoon near the Cougar Point Golf Course, just a short bike ride or 12 minute walk to the beautiful beaches on Kiawah Island.

This home boasts 2,005 sq ft of beautifully appointed interiors with walls of windows offering loads of natural light and tranquil lagoon views. The main floor offers a living room with comfy couches, a wall mounted flat panel TV, a spacious dining area and full kitchen complete with modern appliances and all your need to prepare home cooked meals. An expansive deck with a BBQ grill offers spacious outdoor living with lagoon views.

9 Greensward Road comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat panel TV, a newly renovated private bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower, and direct access to the rear deck. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and access to a full bathroom and Bedroom 3 has 3 twin beds and an ensuite half bathroom.

West Beach Village is located nearest to Kiawah Island’s main gate and is situated around the Cougar Point Golf Course and Clubhouse. West Beach is Kiawah’s oldest neighborhood with meandering boardwalks, mature maritime forests and a charming, Lowcountry island vibe. You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.

Pool Access: Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access via Boardwalk 7 or 8.

Please Note: This home does not have a BBQ grill. The use of the fireplace is prohibited.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 3 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
