Full Resort Privileges! Pool complex 3 minute walk from villa! Very relaxed living: relax on the elevated balcony and watch golfers hit into the 17th green of Cougar Point Golf Course, with 42' flat-screen television in new bookcase in living room! Wood floors w/new rug and chairs in the dining area-new ceramic tile bathrooms-kitchen newly painted-meticulously maintained WITH FULL RESORT PRIVILEGES (access to new pool and tennis, advanced reservations for tennis and golf and at restaurants, reduced rates for recreational activities, etc.). 3-minute walk to 10 miles of beautiful, pristine beach! POOL COMPLEX with Snack Bar now open-3 minute walk from villa. New sofa bed/couch in living room furniture, granite countertops in kitchen & bathrooms, newly painted, new Bosch dishwasher. Great 3-bedroom villa (king bed, 2 bedrooms with twin beds in each) and queen-sized sofa bed in living room. Sleeps 8-very vacation & family & golfer & beach friendly! Very clean!

Second floor: large living room, dining room (seats 6-teak table), half bath, balcony with table and 6 chairs, fully-equipped kitchen. Near first Security Gate and Freshfields Shopping Center. In walking distance to new pool complex.
This is a very easy-living area and villa-large, full of light, comfortable, all amenities that you can think of! The five-star hotel, The Sanctuary, is a short drive from this villa, as is Night Heron Park and Pool with Snack Bar, many athletic fields for all sports, cookout areas, adventure programs, Kamp Kiawah, etc. An island like no other-elegant, spacious, with lots of wildlife and native surroundings and very close to Charleston and southern plantations for day trips! No commercial stores here-just a wonderful nature preserve and beautiful beach~

Beautiful private community, clean property. We were able to drive around easily to explore & walk around some of the marshlands. Host was great at communication & working with us to visit nearby private communities for more adventures!
