The Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in the city of Rennes, this 50 m² flat located on the 4ᵉ floor (no lift). Right in the center of Rennes, in a magnificent 18th-century building, this flat can accommodate two adult travelers as well as two children.

- A 25 m² living room equipped with a queen-size bed and a relaxation area with a breathtaking view of the Saint-Germain church.

Located in a completely renovated urban area with its new cobbled street, you'll have easy access to the many local shops. Saint-Germain is 100m away or Place de la République and is 200m from the accommodation.
Transport:
If you come by car, you can park in the nearby public pay car park.
The flat is close to public transport (about 1 minute from the metro).

- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne 23 minutes by car, Nantes Atlantique about 1h35 by car
