This stunning 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath new construction home sits on a massive lot along the serene 11 Mile Lagoon in Palmetto Dunes. Don’t miss the opportunity to be among the first to enjoy this custom home with its plush furnishings and luxury accommodations!
The main level of the home features an open-concept floor plan with cathedral ceilings and European white oak flooring. Enjoy beautiful views of the pool, spacious backyard and lagoon beyond. The deck has ample seating for outdoor dining, including a large table with seating for 8, as well as a plush furniture set.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features top of the line appliances, including a gas range, as well custom inset cabinetry. There is a breakfast table off the kitchen with seating for 6, as well as additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island. A formal dining room offers more space with seating for 8.
The main level features 4 bedrooms, as well as an office space for those on a working vacation. The main bedroom is located off the kitchen and has a king bed, views of the pool and a large bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and soaking tub.
To the right of the front entry, you’ll find a queen bed with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Down the hall, you’ll find another queen bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a dual vanity and a walk-in shower. The 4th bedroom features a king bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower.
There is a powder room on the main level for added convenience.
The second level of the home is perfect for your younger guests! One bedroom features two twin beds with access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The other bedroom has a set of twin bunks with a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.
The third level of the home is another living area with two large couches and a chair- the perfect space for lounging after a day at the beach!
Not to be outdone by the interior, the exterior of the home features immaculate landscaping and a stunning pool with spa and waterfall feature. *Pool and spa heat are available for an additional cost.
Pet Policy: This home is dog-friendly and allows 1 dog 25lbs or less. If you are planning to bring your canine companion, there is an additional non-refundable fee of $225. Please contact Sunset Rentals to pay the pet fee.

Vehicle Policy: Palmetto Dunes is a secured community and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Passes are charged per car per week.

An incredibly large home. Perfect for a group vacation or family vacation. We loved the back patio with the fire pit. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool. There are plenty of areas to sit and relax as a group. The neighborhood is fun to walk and is very clean and quiet and safe.

Our stay was amazing, beautiful home and loved the privacy with the creek in the back yard and plenty of yard space. So close the beach, 10 minutes on bike. Beautiful bike paths everywhere to restaurants etc. Would love to come again.
