Ideal for families and groups, the residence offers two inviting living spaces, a private pool, and a layout designed for relaxation and connection.
The large downstairs living room features two sofas, 77" TV, views of the pool and is open to the dining room and kitchen. The upstairs living room features a 65" TV and two sofas with one sofa being a sleeper sofa. The dining space is large enough for the family to sit together for meals or games. The large kitchen has bar seating and an eat in breakfast table.
This house features two master suites. One is located downstairs and the other is located on the second level. Both have a king bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom and sitting area. There are two other bedrooms located on the first floor. One has two twin beds and one has two queen beds. Both rooms have a flat screen TV and private bath. The last two bedrooms are located on the top floor. One has two twin beds, TV, and private bathroom. The other has a queen bed, TV, private bathroom and a private balcony facing the back of the house.
Just a short walk to the beach, no detail has been spared in this magnificent home.
***Pool heat available for additional fee. Pool heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

This house was full stock with everything we needed. Plenty of space and very clean. It’s only one of a few places on the island this big that allows one pet - which was perfect for our 8 pound peekapoo. We had 3 teenagers who thought this place was awesome. They enjoyed the extra sitting area upstairs. Very close walking distance to the beach.
The only negative thing was the street work leading to the house which we understand that the homeowners has no control. So much family fun!! Thank you!!

We rented this for the whole extended family to come together and this house did not disappoint. Plenty of room, great proximity to the beach, and fantastic location within Palmetto Dunes. Would definitely consider this house again if the extended family doesn't keep expanding!

We absolutely loved our stay at 99 Mooring Buoy. Plenty of space, lovely decor, amenities galore; and close proximity to the beach. Our five grandchildren, all age 5 and under, had so much fun in the pool, being biked around, walking to the beach, having fun in their rooms and the famiily rooms. Their parents loved the two master suites and we enjoyed the room that had a roof-top patio. We ate in, grilling on the patio; and carried out twice. We would definitely come back! Thank you to all
