Upon entering the front door, the main floor captivates with its spacious design and classy coastal decor. The second guest bedroom is designed with kids in mind, housing two bunk beds with twins over twin very comfortable mattresses. The third guest bedroom is furnished with two comfortable queen beds. Each bedroom on our second floor is complete with brand new furnishings and a smart tv in each room!

The 11-mile lagoon is owned by Palmetto Dunes Property Owners Association (PDPOA) and is overseen by the Lagoon & Lake Advisory Group. Due to high salinity levels, fish are unable to reproduce and the lagoon is restocked with 11-inch fingerlings annually. The lagoon is intended for the enjoyment by Palmetto Dunes and Leamington property owners and their invited guests. Approved activities include boating, kayaking, canoeing, fishing and crabbing. Paddleboards and swimming in the lagoons and lakes are prohibited. If you enjoy wildlife, The lagoon is home to forty species of birds and fish, so bird watchers may spot bald eagles, osprey and great blue herons while those interested in fishing will find schools of red fish, sea trout, flounder, black drum and tarpon. the lagoon offers some of the best fishing in the country with a record 58 pound red fish being caught in 1987.
